Hello there!
My name is Julie Zaruba Fountaine.
I am a Consultant and Well-Being Specialist from Duluth, Minnesota. I celebrate my love of learning as an adjunct lecturer and have earned an MBA in Leadership and Change and an MS in Health, Nutrition, and Exercise Science. I teach a range of courses from Global and Cultural Health to The Foundations of Health Promotion and Well-Being. After working in higher education for the past decade I transitioned into health care. I am currently the Well-Being Specialist for a regional health care system. EMPOWER Possible, LLC was founded in October of 2021. Even though my business is less than a year old I have lived out the mission of EMPOWER Possible for most of my life. The mission is to empower individuals to reach their full potential, teams to develop their strengths, and organizations to build well-being programs and policies. I enjoy connecting with other small business owners, consultants, and anyone interested in behavior change, health, and well-being.
