I'm in the process of starting my own consulting business. I've worked on the Western Slope for several years now, in an HR capacity, so I understand the complexities involved with hiring and retention. I also have a love for all things HR and plan to offer support to local businesses, such as employee/employer relations, policy and procedure development, benefit package and employee handbook design and implementation, recordkeeping compliance, and information on workplace best practices based on current trends. I'm interested in getting plugged into the business community for networking and referral purposes. Also, I'm always interested in personal and professional growth opportunities.
